no established player is going to help you because they want to win right away without any work. Your first loss and they will leave for at least a while.

Any real team needs chemistry and practice only built through games and different looks you can't simulate.

you need to start over and be humble, taking losses until you get to wins by teaching a new player.

maybe along the way a great player will join you, but only after you've already done the work.

there's always a way.

i tell u a story there was this team which the pf gotten 19 blocks in 1 game and still lose he could of left but he dint 2 years later his team dump him.
