It says "Top 200 in Challengers Ranking". But Challengers Ranking doesn't exist anymore after changing the Crew League system. How do we know if our crew is qualified if we're in Division ranking?

Better Top 10 for another division (Ultimate,Pro,Division) get in to Tournament sound like playoff and Challengers Ranking each non active crew will drop the lowest rank and can't joint Tourmanent.
