I draw 50 ticket to get 1 dominic. I thought it will stop if i got the SPc. So i can try the other vending machines but all the ticket gone after i draw 50. Now i have two dominic but i just want 1. is there a way i can create other wild rookie spc using dominic coupon? just like the other SPC if you have the coupon you can create any position.

No you cannot, best to just draw 10 at a time if you wanted to try for other characters.
