Why can't I create a new character? I have Lv. 13 SG. My mission is to win more than 3 game with PG position but it have a cost of 48k points. I want to make Lv 1 instead. How to do that?

Today's Daily (position) quest is to win more than 3 games with DG position, not PG.
In order to create a DG, you must have a SG or PG character with Lv12 or above in your account and it will cost you 48,000 points to create a lv. 12 basic character.
