the game crash every time when the match start, right before the countdown

We're sorry to hear about your experience. We just made some tests with the game and it seems to work fine on our end. Maybe there are some other reasons causing the same issue for you. Kindly try disabling unnecessary background applications which may slow your computer's performance and be sure to have plenty of free RAM.
Also, I recommend you update your video card driver and DirectX to the latest version.
