Network Malfunction

So I succesfully install FS2 created a character, participated in practice mode.i can even go to shops. but the thing is, every time I go for joining a team or creating my own room,I always got this message, "Due to network malfunction, game play may not be possible". anyone who knows how to fix this? BTW I got 3mbps internet speed. Thanks in advance for any help.
PS.: I also tried joining/creating a room in different Channels...still got no luck.

It seems that sometimes they I working on something within the game and the server may be unstable at time. This may be why, and welcome to the forums!

Thanks for welcoming. Anyway I've been trying since yesterday. My friends are playing now and I dont have any issue on my network. So maybe some change in settings might help? but i dunno where to begin.

Where do you live? You may be able to play when the server is stable.
