Just download a program called ccleaner and use cleaner. Its simple to use and will clean your temporary files

I think it will solve..it started updating for me.

Well the problem like GM lucy said is just the temporary files. I suggested CCleaner because thats what i use as its simple to use. You dont really need the program to do it.
